Low tone (and increased tone)

Low tone: Also known as hypotonia, refers to a condition where there is decreased muscle tension, causing muscles to feel "floppy" or loose. Unlike muscle weakness (which refers to the strength of muscles), hypotonia affects the tension or resistance in the muscles when they are at rest.
